Our Primary Bedroom Decor

Our Primary Bedroom Decor

Welcome to the official reveal and breakdown of our primary bedroom, a space I designed as an homage to pattern, trim, and the last sliver of personal space I had before baby number four arrived.

Decorating this room was part preservation effort, part creative outlet, and part increasingly elaborate strategy to avoid organizing the garage. But in the end, it became exactly what I hoped for: a layered, traditional retreat with zero LEGO storage.

The design is rooted in our home’s 100-year-old architecture and shaped by a personal aesthetic best described as traditional with a modern twist—by which I mean: slightly less floral than it could have been. Think 1920s architecture meets the occasional impulse purchase from Instagram.

Below, I’m sharing a master list of every last product and source—from fabric names to the carpet and everything in between. Following the source list, as requested, you’ll find a full gallery of additional images for your pinning, mood-boarding, or just quietly zooming in on the trim. Let me know if I missed anything—unless it’s sleep. I already know.
